On several occasions, I photographed various events on behalf of the Swiss Farmers' Association – including the August 1st brunch on farms and the Open Farm Day. The focus is on the exchange between agriculture and the local community, regional products, and living traditions – and each year also includes the visit of a different Federal Councilor. The photo series document not only the event, but also the people and atmosphere that characterize it. A visual bridge between city and country.
